Not being able to control my reporting on the Andrew Cunningham case, a few people show their "true colors"

What is ironic is that  the trolls and harassers who are upset about my coverage are reading my blog. Why would anyone care unless  my coverage is  reaching more people and it is effective?

Those who can't fight or win with facts use anonymous gossip to bully. Cases with strong evidence don't have drama.

The text message below was from 707-300-8911. Didn't want to identify yourself? Why not?

Whoever you are, you have no concept about what reporting is and that in court, both sides get to present information. The court is not your living room. In court decisions are made on evidence, not your opinion. I report on what is stated  in court, not your alternate reality.

The messages in the last 24 hours could be from anyone; the usual regular anon trolls, the jealous trolls, the overzealous activists but some messages are about Stephen Simpson and what he knew; others are from people the last name Moorehead.

Half a dozen people with no life stirring up shit to deflect from their own crap. And then the Humboldt bandwagon of others with no life or agenda talking smack.

Yesterday Kristina (Moorehead) O'Loughlin left a facebook message threatening to reveal my "past." She was very upset that I reported facts from court (not convenient to what she wanted published.) According to Kristina and others harassing me since yesterday, I should ignore facts and jump on their lynch mob mentality. As long as it is a bad post about Andrew Cunningham, they are okay.

Joke is on Kristina and whoever sent me the text message today. My "past" is no secret and it is irrelevant except to haters and prejudiced people like you.

I am reporting on a court case; talking about my "past" is gossip.

My coverage pointed out information brought up by the defense in court and is directed at the adults connected to the alleged victims; not the victims. But people who don't read or don't want to see facts; won't.

Credibility matters in a court case. It is not my fault that a half ass investigation was done by Investigator Peterson and the DA went ahead and charged a case without vetting the case properly and relied on the word of questionable adults. Just like in the Goldberg case, you cant ignore the judicial process and railroad a conviction based on emotions.

I have covered many sexual abuse cases, taken risks to cover those and the community is aware. Families with class are grateful and focus on the victims and let the judicial process work, they don't try their case on social media.

Of course, brains are not the strong suit of drama addicts on social media.

I have documented other messages, including the messages from the  834-9188 number. Another unidentified caller. The messages from that number were defending Stephen Simpson, minutes after my evening posts yesterday. There was another message, not via text or phone with a reference to the person being in court. It wasn't nasty but again, only specific to victims and their families.

I have already written about bailiffs needing to intervene with certain family members of the alleged victims acting out and making threats. They have harassed Mr. Michael Robinson and they have harassed me at the Courthouse, in the past.

Based on the behavior towards me and Mr. Robinson by some people which includes family members and supporters of , the claim of stalking/surveillance of Cunningham brought up by the defense by certain people is starting to look more and more plausible.

Not being able to control reporting and having facts come out, at least two people have incessantly called or texted and I had to block them. I don't know if Kristina (Moorehead)  O'Loughlin and Aimee Moorehead are related to Rick Moorehead.  Instead of demanding answers from me, both of you need to learn to read posts without your bias filter.

Whether Aimee or Kristina are or are not related, they may want to ask Rick who blurted his real name and relationship to victims' identities twice outside court, way before the preliminary hearing, and my mentioning names and who made threats to Cunningham and his family outside court.  There are cameras in the Courthouse and there were witnesses to incidents.

There has been a lot of talk on social media from certain people with their lynch mob mentality who have been trying to dictate the coverage of this case and convict Andrew Cunningham without due process in the courts.

Trailer trash describes the trolls and the harassers perfectly. Trailer trash with no life but using the plight of four girls for their own agenda.

I am not going to have the usual Humboldt trashy anon trolls or adults in this case or any other local trash talker on social media or their other family and friends with equally trashy behavior lynch mob try and silence me for reporting facts.

It is about time someone reported facts and not got silenced and bullied by the good ole Humboldt decades of dysfunction.

Heather Grabow, with two pleas for embezzlement  and other cases listed in the system that I did not bother to check today, you have nerve talking smack about me for doing my job.  I checked out court records for a few other names.

If any of you drama queens gave a damn about the four Jane Does, you should be spending time helping them heal and doing something to combat child abuse in this society.
