Setting for murder suspect Lorna Leen's preliminary was scheduled today.
Eight family members and supporters were present in court wearing "Justice for Brandon."
Intervention scheduled for November 5. Preliminary scheduled for November 7.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Rebecca Linkous is representing Leen.
