The only person supporting Marci Kitchen that has been respectful is her mom

This was Marci Kitchen's brief statement to Judge Kaleb Cockrum.

"All my life, all I wanted to be was a mom. But a mom doesn't kill her own child; injure her own child; leave her own child". She also made a reference to Faith Tsarnas.

"I wish I could console all the people but I am the cause. Most of the victims in this case I loved; they are people who loved me. I am sorry, your honor."

Marci Kitchen is not the focus today nor the focus of the case. The focus is Faith and Kiya.

The gist of the four speakers speaking  on behalf of Marci Kitchen was blame the media; blame the DA. Blame everyone but Marci Kitchen.

At least Wendy Kamiski,Tiffany Collver and Delaney Johnson spoke about the Marci Kitchen they knew but the Marci Kitchen they knew before the accident is irrelevant. Many speakers today, Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads and Judge Kaleb Cockrum all mentioned Marci Kitchen's actions after she hit Kiya and Faith to this present day.

Daniel Weaver, who is Josh Pearlston's stepfather went on a rant. His opinion was short on facts. One of his many errors was lamenting that Mr. Benjamin Okin and Mr. Griego's initial remarks weren't covered by media. He was vague what remarks but still incorrect. The whole CHP vs Okin, Griego was even covered on this blog.

As usual, the Pearlston side and Marci entourage showed their lack of couth and made it about themselves. Their theatrics and "concern" for Faith, Kiya and their families was not convincing.

The only person that has showed genuine emotion and has been respectful has been Marci Kitchen's mother.
