By the time it is determined where Ewa Misztal will go, how many credits will she have for time served?

At the last court hearing, Dr. Chamberlain's report for Ewa Misztal was delayed due to a family emergency.

Today, still no report from Dr. Chamberlain. The hearing was continued to October 4 at 8:30.

The Polish citizen pleaded guilty in February  to two added counts; voluntary manslaughter as well as child endangerment and abuse.  The hearings that have been going on since then are to determine where Misztal will be sent or placed after sentencing.
