While James Doe #1, an inmate was forced to perform oral sex on Cory Fisher, he was on his knees with Fisher holding a taser to his head

HCSO Investigator Jennifer Turner, the third witness for the People testified this morning. Her testimony included interviews with James Doe #1 and 2 and  James Doe #3  as well as other inmates at the Humboldt County jail, who were identified by first name Alvin, Matthew and John, Cloud aka Christopher.

Investigator Turner's testimony today covered information (contained in the previous posts published on this blog) about pending litigation from inmates against Cory Fisher) with more details.

During Investigator Turner's testimony, Cory Fisher was quiet and kept his head down. During cross examination, he was back to his defiant self.

On October 12, Investigator Turner was assigned to a Prison Rape Elimination Act Investigation.

"There was an inmate alleging he was sexually assaulted while in jail. " Ms. Turner was given a stack of memos regarding this alleged assault while the inmate was at the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. "The suspect was former correctional officer Cory Fisher."

On October 13, 2017, Ms. Turner spoke with James Doe #1. Investigator Mark Petersen assisted Investigator Turner during the interview with James Doe #1.

While James Doe #1 could not recall specific dates, he said the alleged assaults happened between August 1, 2017 and August 14, 2017.

"He stated initially waking up in the morning with Cory doing cell checks. He woke up to Cory grabbing him on the leg and buttocks. One instance, Cory placed a taser on him (James Doe #1) and told him to give him (Fisher) oral sex. "

Describing the second and third incident, "Cory grabbed him. Cory said don't make me call in a code." James Doe #1 said  Fisher told him, " he would say he had been assaulted by an inmate."

"He said Cory came into his cell (single man cell) and that Cory had told him he needed to do something. Cory unzipped his pants and said, 'I am going to need you to suck on this'. James Doe #1 refused. "  Fisher held a taser to his head "and James Doe #1 complied."

James Doe #1 said the taser incident lasted "about 5 minutes." While James Doe #1 performed oral sex on him  Fisher held a taser to his head and James Doe #1 was down on his knees.

James Doe # 1 told Investigator Turner that at one point durinv the taser incident, Fisher told James Doe #1 "he better not say anything because he had friends."

James Doe #2 "had known Cory a long time." They grew up together in a group home. "He stated Cory was doing a morning cell check and he woke up to Cory grabbing him inappropriately."

With each incident, James Doe #2 was asleep and James Doe #2 woke up "to Cory touching him."

The first time, James Doe #2 woke up to Cory touching his leg inappropriately; the second time, he "woke up to Cory grabbing his butt. The third time he woke upto Cory grabbing his penis over his jail jumpsuit."

"James Doe #2 said something similar to wtf and Cory grabbed his taser, reached for his radio and said he would call in an assault."

James Doe #2 was also in a single man cell. Matthew who was in a neighboring cell to James Doe #2 "recalled hearing commotion betwen James Doe #2 and Cory.  Matthew heard James Doe #2 get off his bed and Fisher say  'calm down, calm down or I will call this as an assault on staff."

James Doe #3 was also an inmate. He described a pat down by Fisher and said Fisher grabbed his penis and was "milking it like a cow."

James Doe #3 didn't report what Fisher did because "he felt it wouldn't be taken seriously and no one would believe him. He became very emotional while talking about it."

James Doe #3 who has been in custody a lot told Investigator Turner that Fisher's pat down was different and "was very invasive. Instead of a pat down, he described it as a rub down."

Besides the three James Does, there were other inmates that were interviewed by Investigator Turner about the "shower shark" incident.  That incident involved Fisher constructing homemade binoculars and peering into the shower at inmates and noises described as Jaws sound effects."

Cloud aka Christopher described another shower incident where "Cory came into a shower with s beep wand and made inappropriate gestures with the wand."

Christopher mentioned that during a pat down, "Cory ran his hand  down the edge of his butt, said something like "Oh that's tight."

While serving food, particularly hot dogs, Fisher would say, "I got your weenies and your buns." The inmate complained "he found it very inappropriate the way Cory would say it."

Alvin said he was afraid to say anything bexause when "another inmate said something to Cory that inmate was cuffed and moved to a different area. Investigator Turner said Cloud had been "put in the hole."
