Intervention was scheduled for Aaron Hooven today. Preliminary hearing is scheduled September 12. Time estimate is 2 hours.
Offer by the District Attorney is an open plea to Count 1.
Hooven is charged with two felony counts. Count 1 is shooting at an occupied motor vehicle. Hooven is charged with discharging a rifle.
Count 2 is Assault with a firearm. Alleged victim is Kyle Glenn Jacobsen.
