The preliminary hearing for murder suspect Zachary Harrison was continued to September 11 at the request of the District Attorney.
Today, it was assigned to Courtroom 5 with a 4 hour estimate. It took a lot less time. Arraignment on information is on 9/27. Victim is Robert James Holtsclaw.

Charges:
A bench warrant was issued Tory Hennings, a prosecution witness who couldn't show up at the last court hearing. That witness was present today.
The 9/5 court minutes had the spelling of the Tory's first name incorrect.
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case.
Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett is representing Harrison.
