Trial confirmation was scheduled on today for Maxx Robison. Jury trial for October 1 was confirmed for now. Further trial confirmation and hearing on defense motion to continue scheduled for September 20.
Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna Mckenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.
Robison is represented by Russ Clanton law firm. Mr. David Celli was in court. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was present for the People.
