Intervention was scheduled yesterday for Gary Cudney. Preliminary hearing scheduled for September 26 was vacated.
The defense request to continue intervention to October 15 and the preliminary hearing to October 18 was granted.
Cudney is charged with the death of Dirty Dave. Mr. Manny Daskal is representing Cudney.

Delays in court proceedings is to the advantage of the defendant. Passion and memories fade over time. This is a standard tactic employed by defense attorneys if the defendant can afford to pay attorneys fees over an extended time.
ReplyDeleteUnknown, it does not always work though. It did not decrease the passion or memories in the Marci Kitchen case or the Gary Bullock case or the Jason Warren case.
