Stephanie started her statement by giving Judge Cockrum the last picture she took of Faith. Then, holding up a box of ashes, she said, "This is how I brought my daughter back"
"At the time of their greatest need; they were left alone."
"I am angry that in two years, Marci Kitchen has shown no remorse."
Very powerful statement by Stephanie Baldwin. As she spoke, Faith's family sobbed.
Both Stephanie and Mark Baldwin said in their statements that Marci Kitchen gave kids drugs and introduced Faith to drugs.
Faith was not supposed to be anywhere near Marci. The Baldwins were clear about that; Jeff Tsarnas, Faith's biological father disregarded that and took responsibility for it in court today.
Joe and Jevin Kitchen have yet to speak at sentencing. Mark and Stephanie Baldwin, other family members like Chris Marchi and Pastor Michael Delamarian slso spoke on behalf of Faith Tsarnas. Themes common for all speakers focused on the loss, Marci Kitchen leaving Faith and Kiya at the scene, Marci Kitchen dragging out yhe court case and trying to get Jevin Kitchen involved after the hit and run.
