No images of any alleged victims found among the pornographic images found on Andrew Cunningham's computer, no admission of molestation by him during the very first law enforcement interview

The second day of  the Andrew Cunningham preliminary continued with Mr. Michael Robinson asking HCSO Investigator Mark Peterson about Andrew Cunningham's arrest, the Ramey warrant, going over the alleged victims' testimony.

Investigator Peterson admitted he did not interview Jane Doe #2's friends or Jane Doe #4's father to corrobate information from the alleged victims.

Investigator Peterson was not aware until Mr. Robinson told him that Jane Doe #4 was on probation for a "domestic violence matter" and that she had recently violated her probation.

Mr. Robinson raised questions about Ramey warrant procedures, both of them, and intends to file a motion for bail reduction.

Ms. Schaffer only had one brief question during her redirect.

Even though Cunnigham was held to answer, information raised in the cross could make a difference at trial so I will update with all details as time permits.
