Intervention was continued by defense for Aaron Hooven to September 19. Preliminary hearing scheduled for October 3 confirmed.
The District Attorney had previously made an offer to resolve the case; open plea to Count 1.
Hooven is charged with two felony counts. Count 1 is shooting at an occupied motor vehicle. Hooven is charged with discharging a rifle.
Count 2 is Assault with a firearm. Alleged victim is Kyle Glenn Jacobsen.
