Michael Avenatti defensive about articles on restraining order and defamation lawsuit filed against Julie Swetnick


Brett Kavanaugh’s third accuser Julie Swetnick was sued in 2001 for domestic violence by Richard Vinneccy, her former boyfriend. He is a registered Democrat.

"Swetnick was also sued for defamation by the company Webtrends Corporation in 2000 according to court records." It was filed in 2000. Court records indicate it is a closed case.
"A background search of Swetnick reveals two liens, including a 2014 federal tax lien of $40,303. She also has a Comptroller of Maryland Annapolis lean for $62,821.03."
"A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy," according to Politico.
Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed.
According to CNN, Julie Swetnick was represented in in a sexual harassment complaint against a former employer by the same law firm representing Christine Blasey Ford.
