"We are hoping to go forward", defense confirms murder suspect Maxx Robison's jury trial

Trial confirmation was scheduled for murder suspect Maxx Robison. Jury trial scheduled for January 14 was confirmed.


If Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads and Mr. Russ Clanton are still in the middle of alleged molestor Mario Alexander's trial; this jury trial will "trail". "We are hoping to go forward," said Mr. Clanton.

Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna Mckenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case.  Mr. David Celli was representing Robison; he has left the Clanton Law Firm and as previously reported,transitioning over to the Public Defender's office. Mr. Russ Clanton has taken over the case.
