Santa Rosa man had to cut his fence due to a complaint; he decided to send the city and neighbor a message

Jason Windus of Santa Rosa A neighbor complained about Jason Windus' high fence causing a lack of visibility. The city wrote a letter telling Windus it violated Santa Rosa's local ordinance. Windus cut the fence down to the maximum of 36 inches.



Windus had built the fence to keep his dogs in the yard. Now Windus displays naked mannequins he used as target practice in his yard.

    Go Jason. Seems your neighbor is a nosey biddybody who hates you. I hope she enjoys "full" open display of your stuff every time she looks out her windows. Gotta love you move!
