DA reviewing electronic evidence, alleged molestor Joshua Strange still expected to resolve


Change of plea was scheduled for alleged molestor Joshua Strange was scheduled for March 21. Strange is charged with four felonies. Alleged victim is Jane Doe.

DA is reviewing electrinic evidence and going to discuss offer with victim. Case is expected to resolve. Hearing continued to April 4.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor. Strange is represented by Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield.

Deputy DA Timm appeared in court for the People today. Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett was present for the defense.
