David Anderson's preliminary hearing was scheduled for March 18. Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge filed a motion to continue
That motion to continue was granted by Judge Lawrence Killoran. Another Marsden hearing is scheduled for March 22. Intervention is scheduled for April 17. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22.
