I was covering another case this morning. The jury trial for that case is "trailing" Cory Fisher.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads said she expects the case to be given to the jury next Tuesday.
Today, before testimony started, Judge Timothy Canning said that today's session will end early mid-afternoon, Thursday and Friday court will only be in session in the morning.
An alternate juror met privately with the Judge and the attorneys and was excused.
