The power outage that started shortly after noon today and affected customers in the Arcata Bottoms area has been restored for some by PG & E sooner than the estimated time of 6 a.m tomorrow. According to the outage map,they are still working on the outage.

Latham is charged with PC 245 (a) 1, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and special allegation PC 1203 (e) (4) which means Latham has two prior felony convictions and is ineligible for probation.
Patrick McTigue was remanded on October 18 into custody and released and re booked to start his SWAP sentence today until end of March 2021. Said even before he was sentenced. 16 days in jail = no real jail time.
