In other places and states, there are lawyers who represent press pro bono.

I did a post before where I included information about the animal rescue community. If you did not read it; your problem. Use the search feature on the blog or Google.

On June 28, I received this message from one of my readers.

Yesterday, the person who operates that page had the nerve to send me this on a post not about Miranda's Rescue. 

Lori Mansell sent me this, pissy about her personal information which is public online in a PRA and was for weeks before I exposed her. It is public to anyone who uses Google. She is from Virginia. Fact. Her lawsuit is public record. Her personal home address online in a PRA is news and relevant to the Miranda's Rescue investigation.

Lori, as many others with no clue about the law like to send emails and threaten when the news is not convenient. 

Lori has no problem 24/7 online spouting her mouth off but wants to silence my reporting and my free speech.

Lori and these others frothing at the mouth are clueless about the law and clueless in general. They are disrespectful and rabid and Humboldt allows people like this to attack, destroy and harass others.

Jenna Moore, Shannon Cruz, others in their anti Shannon Miranda crusade have doxxed people including me. That information was not public and it was meant to harass and intimidate me. The information they put out endangered me and affects my livelihood. Hileri Freitas has the nerve to ask me to sign her petition about Jenna Moore. And the audacity to ask me for a favor?

Shannon Miranda, Jim Oxborrow, Jenna Moore, Jennifer Raymond, Lori Mansell, Hileri Freitas have wasted so much money, government and law enforcement resources because they are self absorbed and think only they matter. Get in line. Crime and injustice in Humboldt is not just what affects you and your cause du jour.

HCSO arrests who they want selectively. In this case, the criticism of perceived favoritism and targeting are both accurate.

HCSO does need to issue an update to all media and the public about the status of the Miranda's Rescue investigation. How many necropsies have been done? HCSO gets paid by taxpayers. 

Daily I have to deal with the Jorden Places, Lori Mansells and others who run rampant in Humboldt. So much of my time is wasted because of cowards and no consequence Humboldt. Constant delays and distractions money and no support for legal expenses from cheap.
