Three DUI open cases and he was just arrested for forcible rape while out on OR. At the bail review hearing this afternoon for the DUI cases, Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel granted Stilez Head supervised release and ordered Head be placed on alcohol monitor. Deputy DA Rebecca Buckley-Stein appeared on the cases for the People. Public Defender Luke Brownfield for his office. Trial confirmation is on 12/1 and jury trial on 12/7 in his three DUI cases.
