Josan Gianna Hattje arrested by Eureka Police Department by PC 647 (f) yesterday. She is constantly drunk, wanders around 4th, 5th, 6th street and I have seen her daily for at least 4 years.
You cannot help someone who will accept it or change. Why is she on the streets? California enablers call it "compassion"; "dignity" and tout programs as "success" that the liberal media publishes as PR.
The enablers are fine with Josan being on the streets and homeless. The keyboard warriors of Humboldt will scream and blame law enforcement. They will stalk and harass me and anyone speaking the truth. The "Josans" are on the streets because of them.
