Since December 2025, I wasted months covering Victor Phetsomphou from arrest to diversion being granted today by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran. I predicted this in my last post. I saw Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian yesterday with Phetsomphou and he also appeared on the case today.
Expect more of this since this is something that anyone who heard Humboldt's newest Judge Heather Durand speech at the swear in knows is inevitable.
