Mississippi contacted a fugitive recovery agent in California who also works in Humboldt to look for Quinshad Winters. The CWH agent added information to the The National Crime Information Center NCIC board. It seems Quinshad is also on Eureka Police Department's radar. Who will locate Quinshad first? Fugitives and criminals run and hide in Humboldt.
