Ms. Cyndy Day-Wilson represents Yurok Indian Housing Authority. Deputy County Counsel Joel Campbell-Blair is handling this case the County of Humboldt.
On 9/18/26, attorneys informed Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning the case had settled. Dismissal hearing is scheduled for 10/23/26.
