For those interested in Tyus Francis, Rashad Carter and Paul Clements, I follow cases from arrest to conclusion. Several defendants since January 2026 posted bond or were released from custody. The DA then has time to review charges. I check these cases every day, in addition to the 40, 50, 60 court cases I follow and update. After several months, I checked with the DA's office.
I would usually add these updates to the previous post but I know several of you simply refuse to put in the minimum effort. The alleged victims should have been notified by the DA. I am posting the following update here mainly for law enforcement who I appreciate and who are busy non stop keeping the community safe.
Tyus Francis: arrested 2/11, posted bond, report rejected therefore no charges for the arrest.
Rashad Carter, arrested 5/12, released on 5/14, being reviewed and is pending.
Paul Clements, rape by fraud arrest, not arraigned in time, so released from custody on 7/9/26. Report rejected, therefore no charges for the arrest.
