Another Humboldt repeat offender and failed mental health diversion. In my May 20 post, I added an update about the bench warrant issued for Dylan Olivas.
Yesterday, he was arrested by Eureka Police Department on the bench warrant. Nothing will happen, he will be placed back on mental health diversion. Like the rest of the repeat offenders and mental health diversion failures; waste law enforcement time and resources again.
