Repeat offender, failures to appear, keeps getting arrested and still remains on mental health diversion

On 10/21, James Leach failed to appear in court. Once again; I told you so because I have covered Leach for years. These are only three posts. A bench warrant was issued for $35,000 by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum. 

When he is arrested, his mental health diversion needs to be terminated. He can agree to be committed to the State Hospital or trial dates should be set. Taxpayer dollars have been wasted on Leach for years, he has been given multiple chances. Just because it is cinvenient for the Humboldt Public Defender's Office to have mental health diversion does not mean  public safety should be jeopardized and taxpayers continue to pay for someone who refuses to comply. 

The Humboldt kumbayas can take him home and be responsible for him daily or they need to zip it because their PC enabling and lives are not affected yet they lecture those at risk and think money grows on trees.
