Attorney fees holding up settlement of Jenna Moore's lawsuit with Ford Motor Company

 

These are the two posts I have done on Jenna Moore's lawsuit against Ford Motor Company. I first mentioned the lawsuit in a May 2, 2026 post.

Today, instead of a dismissal, attorneys tolf Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Marilyn Miles, the case had settled at mediation; what still remains in dispute is attorney fees which they are trying to resolve. Another case management conference on 1/25/27.
