I reported on Ocean Del Castillo's arrest. Today, he was arraigned for vehicular manslaughter, driving the wrong way on a divided highway causing injury or death of Anisha Nicole Gutshall. He was just arraigned.
Senior Deputy DA Roger Rees is the prosecutor. Janssen Malloy's Mr. William Stein is here with the family.
This is a very busy Friday with several cases of interest on this afternoon. I will add more details later including the complaint.
