Read my October 8 post which has all my coverage on this repeat offender who keeps being released back on the streets thanks to the enabling public defenders, lax California Democrat laws and most Humboldt judges who seem unwilling to keep these repeat offenders accountable. He is a criminal, he is a nuisance and the jail released him. Munts knows how to work the system.
