Miranda's Rescue permit still suspended; only submission is for fence and to remove "Cat Condo"

I sent an email to Mr. John Ford, Director of Humboldt County Planning and Building, at noon on 10/28/26 asking "if Miranda's Rescue permit is still suspended. Have they submitted any information about compliance?"

He responded, "Yes they are still suspended.  

The Wastewater disposal still needs to be approved.  There has been no submitted yet.

Building Permit has been submitted for the fence and to remove the "Cat Condo".

Driveway aprons have not yet been addressed."
