At COPP meeting today, report given about an EPD command level employee at a local public event which was not timely investigated and had the 1 year statute of limitations for discipline expire

If you forward to 9:25 of this meeting which concluded, OIR Teresa Magula talks about the complaint in 2023 in which member of public alleged biased and unlawfulenforcement from an an EPD command level employee at a local public event which was not timely investigated and the 1 year statute of limitations for discipline expired. Eureka Police Department still reviewed the report which resulted in  recommendations for sworn police officers and body cams.

These are the 2023 complaints. The complaint that had the statute of limitations expire was 23-15.

If you read my reporting, you know how I feel about Eureka Police Department. I also report relevant news. Better me with full facts than the anti police bias in most liberal local media where mostly anons and anyone with a FB account and grudge can say anything unchallenged.
