Justice for Anisha Nicole Gutshall is not just going to be in the criminal case but in the civil case filed against Ocean DelCastillo. When I saw Mr. William Stein with the family at arraignment, I knew there was a civil case. I waited to post on it until today.
Senior Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the criminal case.
