The Humboldt County DA filed a complaint today charging Charane Sirrine with two felonies and special allegation of great bodily injury for both Count 1 and Count 2. Arraignment is scheduled for 12/15/26.
I was the first to post the Ramey warrant and so readers know the deadly weapon is a Stainless steel water bottle.
