Defense and homicide suspect Christopher Diven need to stop wasting taxpayer money and come down to reality

6th consecutive continuance for trial setting in convicted felon and homicide suspect Christopher Diven's murder case , 2nd continuance to further consider DA's offer. He has two other cases. Deputy Public Defender Ryan McClurg and Diven need to come down to reality and stop wasting taxpayer money and accept the People's offer. Humboldt criminals think they are in charge and if this was in other states; a judge would stop allowing the defense and criminals to abuse due process  who face life sentences. What is there to consider? Diven faces life in prison; he should be grateful for a plea deal.
