Today, Raeleen Olson's preliminary hearing was continued by Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo to 1/7/27 for setting despite objection by Deputy DA Trent Timm. This was after Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Kiloran granted supervised release. I have included court minutes which have details why the no bail hold was changed. Toxicology results are pending.
