Why are documents under seal and no coverage on this lawsuit?

 

Gina Marie Mae Willson has yet to be arraigned or have a preliminary and there maybe a pre indictment resolution.

The confidential news tip about this lawsuit was not given to me yesterday. It is now months later and documents are under seal and they cannot be accessed. PACER charges for most information. Basic information and most documents are free, at least to view, in state and local courts.

In this case, theft from the Yurok tribe is alleged from the confidential tip. There also is no coverage of this that I could find anywhere, including sources that list lawsuits from tribes.

According to truesearch, Willson lives on Oakland. Previous addresses include Hoopa, Arcata and Grass Valley. However, two different people from Humboldt said she is living in Weitchpec.
