Jail reports don't populate; it is a vendor issue. Payroll does not get done; it is a system/vendor/unknown issue. The County has had tech issues for years. I understand some of the Courts connectivity is dependent on the County infrastructure. Maybe the BOS should replace their outdated servers, computers and equipment?
The e court issue and courts computer may not be completely related to the County this time but it has been an issue with court calendars not uploading in the past.
See County's latest update about payroll check and file upload issue issued at 11:39 in this related post.

We are not in AOL, 80s anymore, Humboldt BOS needs to prioritize their budget.
Yesterday, e court was down before lunch with no notice. Update to server. With court systems down, this also meant court staff couldn't use the system to post minutes. There were glitches all day yesterday and today.
So, if you wanted to use the public computers, you were out of luck. Today, same thing a few minutes ago. You have some technicians replacing wiring.
No idea who they work for but in the afternoon saw they have County badges. Half the time they are walking around and talking on the phone without a clue. They are replacing cables and wiring and overheard them talking about cameras and courtrooms.
Sytem was slow. 12:30 still cannot access the public computers. Finally, working around 1.
It isn't just yesterday or today. I have wasted hours trying yesterday and today waiting on this e court system and having to come back several times.
It is the constant glitches in this Courthouse that should run efficiently and costs employees and people time. Private industry would have done this work at night and with people who don't walk around wasting taxpayer money.
