LOCAL COASTAL PLAN (LCP) AMENDMENT
LCP Amendment No. LCP-1-HUM-21-0067-3 (Accessory Dwelling Units) Time Extension. Public hearing and action to extend time limit for Commission action up to one year on request by the County of Humboldt to amend the County's six coastal Land Use Plans (LUPs) and Implementation Plan (IP) to update regulations for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs) in compliance with recent State legislation.
