If there isn't a motion for new trial, then convicted murderer Demetrius Coleman will be sentenced on December 14.
Coleman and Alma Ahumadamendoza have been charged in a new case with charges of fraud, conspiracy and grand theft. Charges are slightly different for each of them.
12/8: Preliminary was continued.
2/8: On 2/8 defense motion to continue was granted. Preliminary now scheduled for 4/6.
4/6: Oral motion by DA to continue preliminary to 6/14 with no objection by defense. DA asks continuance because Coleman's homicide case is on a different timeline. The homicide case has a hearing on 4/19 hearing for motion for new trial or sentencing if the motion for new trial is denied.
