Mario Lopez was arrested yesterday for PC 273. 6 (a),violation of a protective order by Eureka Police Department according to the jail log but the jail booking system says HCSO.
EPD Crime Analyst and PIO Brittany Powell said it was not EPD who made the arrest. I also contacted HCSO PIO Samantha Karges. Booking photo was provided by HCSO.
I checked court cases for that name. I did an online search. He has no middle name at which makes it difficult. When/if there is a new arraignment, I will see if any of the court cases or online information applies.
