Two businesses, each across the street from Eureka City Hall, were vandalized. The cost of fixing it is not borne by the miscreants causing the damage.
The windows vandalized at Las Michoacanas in October are on 5th street in Eureka across from Eureka City Hall.
These boarded up window at 1118 6th Street which Owens and Ross is listing as their new address in an ad was mentioned to me by Mr. Michael Robinson about a month ago. Have been so busy I got a chance to take this photo today. I reported on the new Owens and Ross office location in July 2020.
This is just one of many incidents I have reported all over town. Oberon Grill in Old Town was vandalized earlier this month. Fences, windows is just the tip of the iceberg. This is the cost of doing business in the City of Eureka.
Doing business in Eureka is costly. Add COVID 19 impact and vandalism; business owners see their hard earned money going down the drain.
