Andrew Andreoli was arraigned on November 10. He was brought to the courtroom in a wheelchair and with a cast on his leg. Andreoli was in an orange jumpsuit just like any other inmate with no additional restrictions.
Andreoli is charged with two counts. Count 1 is PC 368 (1) elder abuse. Count 2 is false imprisonment of an elder/dependent adult.
The Public Defender's office was appointed. A referral was made to supervised release.
11/12: Supervised release granted. Preliminary hearing on 11/22 vacated and reset for
12/29/21: Andreoli served with protective order.Preliminary hearing continued to 4/13/22. People submit; defense motion granted
