What did I say about releasing this violent criminal? Eight days and he is back in custody

 

Gerald Faye Barnhart who was granted supervised release was arrested by probation and booked at midnight.

The court chose to put Barnhart on supervised release when he was charged with resisting arrest, PC 243(c)(1) battery on a police officer and PC 69 resisting an executive officer.

Barnhart was arrested on October 19; released on October 26. 8 days and he is back in custody.
