How many times does this violent criminal need to violate parole and get arrested before Humboldt Judges decide to keep this community safe?

Kristopher Jett was arrested twice by Eureka Police Department just yesterday. I have covered Jett since 2015.

Jett was arrested and booked yesterday at 5:27 a.m for PC3000.08(c) parole violation, PC647(e) illegal squatting, PC602(m) trespassing.

He was arrested by Eureka Police Department and booked again at 1:01 p.m. for PC 422 criminal threats and PC 3000.08(c) parole violation.

His previous arrests and charges include parole violation, vandalism, assaulting a correctional deputy, a man outside the Courthouse Market, elder and dependent abuse and a prior conviction from Del Norte for criminal threats.

11/29: Today was OR/bail hearing for Jett. He was Aarraigned in one case on 11/23. The Public Defender's office was appointed. Bail was set at $75,000 bail. Protective order served. Jett can visit PD's office and not be in violation. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 12/7. OR withdrawn without prejudice. Jett refused to come to court.

Jett was also arraigned on 11/24 on another case for alleged parole violatio. He is on a no bail status in that case.

12/1: Pre trial on 12/1/21 was scheduled today as well as the probable cause hearing for his parole revocation case. The PD waived Jett's presence. Dr. Wilson appointed. Her report due 1/4/22.
