Allen McCloskey is out of custody and as of today, no charges have been filed in his arrest for stolen property and firearm charges.
His case was on today in family court. Antonio Moreno-Munguia is the petitioner. Allen McCloskey respondent
Information on his court case and court minutes from October 7, 2021 corroborate the divorce proceedings and restraining order request. There no minutes/no information entered for October 28 because the hearing was continued and no minutes/no information for November 18. The hearings are on child custody/visitation.
In my October 30 post, I reported This from a regular reader. "I just read your post regarding Allen McCloskey. I have known his since he was a kid. His grandpa's place is in Westhaven. He is mentally unstable these days. His husband has left him and I have seen them recent as last week on court calendar. It appears for possibly a restraining order."
These are all the cases that come up in a search for Allen McCloskey. His middle name is Don. As I have explained before, court cases don't always have entries with middle names.
