On November 22, a status conference to determine record was scheduled in a lawsuit filed by North Coast Journal vs County of Humboldt. I reported on this on October 1.
Mr. Nicholas Boylan is representing North Coast Journal. County Counsel for County of Humboldt.
The case was continued by the plaintiff, NCJ to 2/4/22. Mr. Boylan was present via Zoom. No appearance by respondent. From the minutes, Mr. Boylan said the matter had not been served and he expected service by the end of the week. I checked on 11/29/21 and there was nothing new.
