If you only use Facebook to access my posts, I suggest you bookmark this blog so you always have access to posts. I link my posts on social media as one option. For years, I only posted on my blog.
Social media apps maybe convenient but if they are down due to an outage or there are any other technical issues, you miss out on the live reporting and daily posts. In an ever changing world with various options to get the information out there, it is my choice what options I use to promote my blog and those options could change any minute.
Meta/Facebook only cares about profits and has policies and values that are inconsistent with my values, especially those about human decency and protecting women. There are many other reasons and I am evaluating on a day to day basis if I will keep this app.
