Most people will associate this building with Mikki Moves Real Estate. I haven't been in the building for a few years but Mikki and her staff were always so friendly and pleasant.
It is a very central location but also near 7th and I, one of the most accident prone intersections in Eureka. Yet, another property for sale in Eureka and downtown. Mikki Cardoza owns the building; hopefully the business isn't for sale.
